Epic Spring Wedding at The Lake Club

Jenna and Gray’s wedding day was full of energy, emotion, and unforgettable imagery. What really stood out was the strength of the team behind them and the way every vendor worked in harmony to create something extraordinary. It’s a reminder of how essential it is to surround yourself with people you trust—not just a few key hires, but a strong, cohesive team across the board.

The morning unfolded with laughter and celebration as their closest friends filled the rooms with joy. Jenna was radiant—graceful, confident, and completely present in the moment. Some of my favorite frames are the ones that paired her beauty with her boldness, including portraits on film that carry a timeless edge. Her dad, a steady character throughout the day, showed a tender side during their first look.

Gray looked every bit as sharp, and documenting portraits of him, along with meaningful images of his father, carried special weight. With his health challenges, the fact that he could be there to celebrate was a profound gift.

The ceremony design was a beautiful partnership between the team at Sirpilla Soirees and Willows and Sage. Together, they transformed the space into something remarkable. Hydrangeas lined a thirty-foot aisle in sweeping white and blue—a vision as bold as it was romantic. Their ceremony honored multiple traditions, blending Christian, Greek, and Jewish elements in a way that reflected both heritage and heart.

One of the most striking details was the couple’s getaway car. Purchased shortly before the wedding, the sleek vintage ride became more than just transportation—it was a statement piece. The perfect complement to their portraits and a reflection of their style. The images we created with it are some of my favorites from the entire day, carrying that undeniable “cool factor” Jenna & Gray embodied so naturally.

As the reception progressed, the dance floor filled, and laughter echoed into the night. Any tension over timelines or small details melted away—and what remained were images that became heirlooms of a day rooted in love, joy, and the kind of style that honors the true story of the couple.

Thank you, Jenna and Gray for reminding me why, even in the unpredictability, wedding days remain some of the most beautiful stories to photograph.
