Fáilte!
We’ve loved Ireland since we set foot in it a few years ago. It’s calm, slow, and its people are kind, passionate and rugged. Ireland’s rich history has drawn us back multiple times, and Matt especially loves the largely untamed land (Amanda likes the sheep).
On our trip, we tried to balance the calm with the adventurous. Most days we slept in–it was hard not to in the cozy cabin! Other days we ventured out into surrounding cities, surfed, and tried to get as close as possible to cows and sheep. Despite our desire to pet them, it never happened. This post will be a general overview of our trip, updated to span the course of our entire Emerald Isle escapades. You’ll find separate posts detailing specific picturesque outings as well!
Here you’ll find photos of our lovely cabin, probably some coffee, and some more serendipitous photos of us. You’ll also find a few film shots mixed in. 🙂
