Portland, Oregon

The day before leaving for Portland, we found out Courtney and Justin were ALSO going to Portland on the same day, at the same time, on the same flight.  Over a pint, we set up a shoot to take place the first night in town.  

Right after we got off the plane in Portland, we got in the car and went straight (or zig-zagged, rather) to Cathedral Park to look at St. John’s Bridge for the sunset and create some images of Courtney and Justin.  For just having gotten off a cross-country flight, we were a lively crew, traversing the park, going down to the water and up to the top of stairs for the best shots!  

Courtney and Justin told us at the beginning of the session that they’re a little awkward in front of the camera, but with just a touch of direction we didn’t find that to be the case!  Throughout the session, Courtney & Justin were teasing each other, playfully jabbing each other, and giving ornery glances to each other.  We love how their personalities shone through!
