As we’re heading farther into November we’re feeling especially thankful for those couples who have a warmth about them. They make everyone at their wedding day feel cherished, from the beginning to end. They may even postpone the reception a hot minute so that every guest can be present 😉

Morgan & Devon are such a couple. From the minute we walked through the door at Devon’s, we felt so welcomed by him, his family and groomsmen. While feeling included just feels good on a human level, it also allows us to get images we might not have been able to get if we were more fly-on-the-wall. We’ve found that being more involved with the day (helping with pocket squares, always) allows us to get comfortable with the important people on a wedding day, which gives us beautiful moments.

The good vibes continued with Morgan and her crew. Her makeup team, Glam by Kenz, is one of our past brides and someone we trust and cherish so much. Everyone was feeling good and looking their best!

The only thing that we wish we slightly could have changed was warming up the weather for this sweet couple! They were total troopers, though, and braved the brisk air so we could capture some beautiful images for them.

I’m sure you’ll agree with us that it was totally worth it—plus, this crew didn’t stay cold for long! The party heated up almost immediately upon their entry, and it continued late into the night! Congratulations to Morgan & Devon!
