After a long, fruitful first session, we were scheduled to take a break between Sydney & Jake’s first and second engagement sessions.  As we were going about the morning, though, we discovered that we clicked SO well that we didn’t want to take a break—we just wanted to hang out more!

Sydney & Jake took us to a delicious tapas/southern restaurant where we got to learn more about them and their lives.  There’s something about sharing food with other people from the same plate—Spain is on to something here 😉

After drinks on a rooftop with a beautiful view of the city, we were on our way to one of the most important spots of the day: the spot where Jake proposed to Sydney.  It was along the coast, out on the rocks “peered” on the water.  The wind and the waves, in our opinion, always add to the romance of an event.  

The memories associated with this spot along with Sydney & Jake snuggling together to keep warm was the perfect combination for a fire way to end the evening.

…except for the seafood we got after 😉
