You know that feeling after you’ve put so much work into something? Where it consumes your free time and occupies your mind at almost all times? For us, that feeling has been hitting us over and over again with the purchase of our first home. Buying a home is no small feat and requires so much information, communication, and time.
This, of course, is also true of planning a wedding—from all the big pieces to the tiny details, there’s so much to be covered before the big day rolls around.
Jamie & Alex took both these wildly life-changing, time-consuming events and conquered both. About a month before their wedding day, they purchased a home. Being in the process ourselves, we were mega impressed that they were able to juggle so many things at once (including their day to day lives!). You would think these two undertakings happening at the same time would mean some things would get missed, but their wedding day couldn’t have been more put together!
The details were beautiful, the Post Malone was flowing, and the sunset was gorgeous. As dusk was settling, we were reminded once again of just how much forethought and personality this sweet couple brought into the day. They wanted guests to have the best time, and as such provided late night Swenson’s for a snack and a cigar bar on the patio. Family and friends shared their sentiments (and sweet dance moves) to join in the celebration.
Many congratulations to Jamie & Alex!
