When you take a Mexican American and a Lebanese man born in Kuwait and have them meet in Houston, love happens.  At least for these two 😉

Gebran and Evelyn are a couple who loves adventure and family, especially their newly-turned-one-year-old, Edouard the Explorer!  Eddie has been to four countries already, so he’s headed into a life full of culture and meeting new people (pretty much living the dream as far as we’re concerned!).

In order to commemorate Eddie’s birthday and somewhat nomadic lifestyle at this point, we took the family to a park in Cleveland.  Gebran and Evelyn did all of the sweet, thoughtful things good parents do to celebrate their children–bring balloons, fun things to play with, and cake.  Pretty much all covered, right?  Turns out Eddie was a bit afraid of the cake (also the story of parenthood!).

We shared many laughs and stories from around the world with this family as they celebrated their little one.
