Do you have those people in your life where you look at them and think, “Wow, they are doing too much”, but then know that those people love deeply despite the pace of their lives?  We’ve had people mention this of us before–Matt running the photography business full time, Amanda teaching full time and working with Matt on evenings and weekends, plus both of us cooking, cleaning, and learning to live together, plus growing as people and growing relationships with God and others?!  It’s quite a bit.  But it’s so worth it.

Elora & Scott are a bit of the same way.  They are so involved in what they do, and Elora had the task of finishing school and passing state nursing tests in the months before they got married.  This couple was BUSY.  But they know where their priorities lie.

On the day of their wedding, Elora & Scott were all about their relationships with others.  Elora was trying to help her bridesmaids solve problems and sought their advice.  Scott was jovial with his groomsmen before the ceremony, laughing and excitedly waiting for the moment he got to marry Elora.  Elora shared a special moment with both her father and her stepfather before the ceremony.  So many moments from Elora & Scott’s day were driven by love not only for each other, but for their friends and family that came out to celebrate them.

The reception was packed with people who loved Elora & Scott.  There were beautiful natural elements scattered about as well as a heartfelt memory table.  

There was a remarkable balance of drinking, dancing, and talking at the reception.  From our experience, usually receptions are almost all dancing or all talking, but Elora & Scott’s had a great combination!  It was almost like being at a lounge, the option was up to the partygoers, and everybody had such a great time!

We LOVED celebrating with Elora & Scott on their wedding day and are so excited for where life takes them!  We wish you guys all the happiness in the world!
