This couple is all about community.  

They met each other through a remarkable series of connections — Hannah, a missionary from Queensland, Australia who was stationed in Canada, came to the US to do a tour with her sister and another friend.  While in the states they made a new friend in Denver, Colorado by the name of Cotorey (naturally he became the best man in this whole affair).  Cotorey convinced Hannah and her friends that they should stop in Kansas City on their way to their destination on the East Coast.  While in Kansas City, Hannah met Cotorey’s friend Brian…and the rest is history.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Their ceremony was all about community–an intimate group of people surrounded them at their ceremony.   Familial details spotted Hannah and Brian’s day; Brian’s sister made the bouquets and covered the ceremony arch with magnolias.  Family traveled from Australia to be part of this day.  It was Spirit-filled, with intimate and reflective vows promising to each other and to God.  We were thrilled to be there at this time in their lives!

As their ceremony was coming to a close and Hannah and Brian exchanged their first kiss a small voice could be heard exclaiming, “I knew that was going to happen! “

Naturally the room responded with a chorus of chuckles and Hannah and Brian kissed once more for good measure. Their wedding was an incredible celebration and we are so excited to see where they go from here!
