“I’m a big Seinfeld fan; I chose it for the name!” Patrick took a swig of his Festivus beer bright and early the Saturday after Thanksgiving. He and Emma met up with us for a morning of donuts, beer, and dog love.  

Brewnuts welcomed us with warm coffee, great brews and ginormous donuts–not a bad start to the day at all 😉 . We were able to learn more about Emma and Patrick as we sipped and snacked (meanwhile, our sister Elise was walking Emma and Patrick’s very loyal and somewhat anxious dog).

After getting to know them and seeing the shop fill up a bit, we decided to go to Edgewater Park for some more peaceful vibes.  Maggie, Emma and Patrick’s sweet dog, was excited to be outside and was VERY observant of every squirrel (have you ever heard a squirrel bark?  It’s quite ridiculous!).  After a few minutes of walking around with Maggie and taking in the scenery, Emma and Patrick walked to the peak of the hill where they could look over the water.  It was a great finish to a lovely morning!
